Assoc. Dr. Füsun PELİT graduated from Ege University, Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry in 1999, and completed her master's and then doctoral studies at the Institute of Science, Analytical Chemistry Department of the same university in 2009. Since 2000, she has been working on the development of electroanalytical, spectroscopic and chromatographic methods in the Chemistry Department of the Faculty of Science and continued her duty as a faculty member after receiving the title of Associate Professor in 2015. The main basic scientific research areas of Füsun PELİT is development of analytical seperation methods that can be used in environmental samples. She has also research about the prediagnosis and treatment of cancer, biomarker analysis with chromatographic techniques, metabolite determinations. There are many projects, patent applications and publications involving translational studies on analytical chemistry and separation science.
